Background
SCL Indonesia was established in March 2023 after the long path, first some practitioners in the Construction Activities found there are many constructions project completed technically, but still some administrative matter left so the premises operated but still some problem in administrative matter will raise suddenly. Considering the above we make coordination with people who interested in Construction Law and finally we got the endorsement for SCL Indonesia
Vision
The understanding on the importance of knowledge of construction law in the construction communities in reaching the goal that all construction contracts can be completed entirely both technically and legally.
Mission
Disseminating and promoting construction law education to the academician through developing the master’s law programme in collaboration with the University.
Sharing the knowledge in the form of research and experience to the construction communities both national and international by establishing the International and National Journal related.
Translating the construction contract form through collaboration with the international institution having copyright and giving training for the consultants, contractors as well as the employers and government officials related with the construction industries.
