Haryo was born in Purworejo on 3 November 1973, is currently a Trustee of the Pembina Pembaharuan Foundation in Purworejo, Central Java (2007 – present); President Commissioner of PT Pembaharuan NusantaraTechnoprise (2023 – present); Permanent Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta (1997 – present); Non-Permanent Lecturer at Bakrie University (2022 – present); and Editor-in-Chief of Konstruksia Journal (2010 – present).

He was involved in the FIDIC JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL TRAINING SEMINAR in 2011, a member of PADSK (Construction Dispute Board Expert Association) in 2021 until now and has been involved in resolving construction disputes in one of the buildings in Jakarta.
He is currently involved in several construction projects related to building assessments. He holds a certificate of major expertise (level 9) in building construction and dock construction. He is the author of several national and international journals listed on the Sinta Dikti website. Some of his writings are very much related to building damage due to explosions, earthquakes, and errors in construction planning and implementation from 2000 to the present. He is also one of the songwriters for the Prabu Aha Band project.
