Dwi Edi Wibowo was born in Wonogiri 8 July 1973, now serves as a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Pekalongan University (2002-present), Editor-in-Chief of Pena Justisia: Communication Media and Legal Studies (2018-present), Review of Dialogia Iuridica University Journal Maranatha. He is the author of several national and international journals listed on the Sinta Dikti and passed the Kemenristek research grant, Pekalongan City BAppeda research grant .
